Some foods you can always find at the grocery stores give you a lot of health benefits. In the seminar, we introduce several acupoints and some exercise, and food power for your health. Let’s enjoy and feel the wonder of Oriental world!! It is time to keep in health from internal and external body.
東洋医学ベースの健康セミナーです。我々の身体には360個以上のツボがあり、そのツボを刺激することで健康増進および身体の不調を整えます。この講座では東洋医学的観点からの健康ツボ療法と漢方をベースとした食養生をご紹介します。また、身近な食品を使った食養生により、身体の中からも外からも元気になりましょう！

Rishin Matsumine（松峰理真）・Keishin Matsumine（松峰啓真）／鍼灸師、薬剤師
teaches at an acupuncture school at daytime and acupuncture practice in my clinic after school every day. Acupuncture is very popular and the number of patient is rapidly growing recently. I am really pleased with my patient's smile.
昼間は鍼灸専門学校で教鞭を取りながら、平日夜は自宅にて鍼灸治療を行っています。近年、鍼灸治療は大変人気であり、患者数も劇的に増加しています。そしてなによりも患者の笑顔を見たときに幸せを感じます。
